Nissan Philippines is expanding its electric lineup with the official debut of the Primera EV on November 6, 2026. The first batch of units has already landed on local shores. While the official launch is still a few days away, showgoers caught an early look at the sleek sedan during PEVS 2026 and PIMS 2026. The EV sports a modern front fascia highlighted by a glowing Nissan emblem flanked by crisp LED headlights, daytime running lamps, and sequential turn signals.

Under the hood, a front-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor driving 215 horsepower and 305 Nm of torque powers the Nissan Primera EV. A 58 kWh battery pack delivers an estimated NEDC range of 500 kilometers per charge. When you run low, a 150 kW DC fast charger can juice the battery from 10 to 80 percent in a swift 19 minutes. Size-wise, the sedan cuts a commanding figure on the road. Measuring 4,930mm long, 1,895mm wide, and 1,487mm tall—with a generous ,2915mm wheelbase—it matches up closely against traditional midsize rivals like the Toyota Camry. Rounding out its modern styling is a clean rear profile dominated by full-width LED taillights.

Step inside, and the Primera EV greets you with a minimalist, clutter-free dashboard wrapped in subtle gray trim. The cabin leans heavily into premium comfort, anchoring the front row with Nissan’s signature Zero Gravity seats. These perforated leather chairs are fully loaded, offering power adjustment, lumbar support, memory settings, and a suite of climate options including heating, ventilation, and a built-in massage function. Overhead, a fixed panoramic glass roof floods the cabin with natural light, complemented by customizable ambient lighting for the evening.

Tech takes center stage via a sharp 10.25-inch digital gauge cluster paired with a massive 15.6-inch central touchscreen, which seamlessly supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Even rear passengers get a nod of comfort with a dedicated center armrest featuring integrated cup holders. The official price tag is expected to be revealed during its formal market launch scheduled for November 6, 2026 alongside the Navara PRO PHEV.
